Cancellations

Please be thoughtful when scheduling your appointment. Our stylists and technicians are happy to accommodate your schedule. When guests cancel or don’t show for their allotted time, our staff loses valuable hours and income.

We ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations. Guests who repeatedly fail to keep their appointments may be required to provide a credit card in order to make a reservation.
